Charges are for the apartment in Euros per night with a minimum booking of 7 nights and for up to 4 adults. Shorter bookings may be available at varying times. Please ask.
If your preferred holiday dates are available then review our prices on this page and then complete our Reservation Request form. Within 2 working days we'll confirm your provisional reservation. Final confirmation of your booking will be made when we receive your deposit.
We request a £50 damage deposit, payable to us by cheque in the UK as soon as your booking has been confirmed. These funds will be returned to you once the apartment has been cleaned and the inventory checked after your departure. This deposit will not be returned if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of your arrival date.
Payment for the full cost of your holiday should be made (in the local currency of Croatian Kuna) to our local agents either upon your arrival in Bol or beforehand direct to their bank account (contact us for their bank account details). Alternatively you may pay the balance in full by credit card (Maestro, Visa or Mastercard) subject to a 3% handling charge - if you wish to take this option please advise us at the time of booking. Either way, when you arrive, you will need to collect the keys to the apartment from our agents. Of course, you will also need Croatian Kuna for your day to day expenses.
In addition to the accommodation costs above, all tourists are required to pay a local Tourist Tax which is currently approximately 5 Croatian Kuna per day (about £6.50 per week per adult in high season). This is payable in local currency and should be paid to our agents who will arrange to make the payment on your behalf.
Our local letting agents are located in central Bol and they will make arrangements with you for your arrival once your booking has been confirmed with us.
Keys can be collected from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and should be returned to them by 10am on the day of your departure.
We think of these as notes rather than rules because they are really only matters of common courtesy.
| Defects | Deficiencies, damage to, or failure of, any items in the apartments must be reported to our agents immediately, and not left until the day of departure. |

| Smoking | This is only permitted on the loggia and not inside the apartment. |
| Videos | For the convenience of other guests, please rewind any videos viewed during your stay. |
