The Apartment

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of Villa Laguna (built in 2005 and consisting of 6 apartments in total). The apartment is 40m² in total comprising living/dining room with kitchen area and shower room and one double bedroom. The living room has patio doors opening onto a large south-facing covered balcony or loggia. There is also an entry phone system.

Bedroom – one double bed, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and chair, hairdryer. From the bedroom window there are views inland towards Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the Adriatic islands.

Bathroom – fully tiled with large shower cubicle, w/c, large wash-basin and cabinet with mirror.

Living room/kitchen area – the comfortable sofa provides seating for 4 and pulls out to become a fully-sprung and comfortable double bed. There is a colour television with DVD, video and satellite and includes a selection of Videos/DVD’s for use by guests staying in the apartment. Patio doors open out onto a good sized loggia which is equipped with table and 4 chairs, providing the ideal place to enjoy a drink or meal whilst taking in the sea views towards the island of Hvar.

For those who prefer to eat indoors there is a dining table and 4 chairs. The well equipped kitchen area contains all items required to prepare and serve food including a full size combination oven/grill/hob with extractor and a refrigerator. The main living area benefits from an air-conditioning unit which can be used to heat the apartment during the colder months.

Bed linen and towels will be provided but please bring your own beach towels. An ironing board and iron are also available for use by our guests.

We would kindly request that you do not smoke inside the apartment. An ashtray is provided outside on the loggia.

Where are we in the Town of Bol?

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac 200m and approximately 5 minutes walk from the sea and central area of Bol where you will find a selection of excellent bars, restaurants and shops. Eating out is relatively inexpensive; however, there are several local supermarkets within easy walking distance if you are looking to self-cater. The apartment is also conveniently situated for local water sports, tennis and enjoying the local walks (including the walk up to Vidova Gora which is 780 metres above sea level). The famous Zlatni Rat Beach is also only a very short distance away.
